The Phoenix Network was founded by Salena, a mother who fought tirelessly for over 22 years to save her son, Steven, from the devastating grip of addiction. Despite her relentless advocacy, love, and hope, Steven tragically lost his battle to a fentanyl overdose on October 3, 2024.
This nonprofit was created to support families like Salena’s—those navigating the pain and challenges of addiction while fighting for their loved ones. The Phoenix Network provides resources, community, and advocacy to help families in the trenches find hope, healing, and strength.
Inspired by Steven’s life and Salena’s unwavering fight, the organization works to break stigma, honor loved ones, and empower families to rise from the ashes together.
Support Networks: Connecting Families for Strength and Healing
The Phoenix Network is dedicated to supporting families impacted by addiction, providing a safe and welcoming space to connect, share, and heal. Through peer support groups, educational workshops, mentorship programs, healing retreats, and resource navigation, we guide families through their journeys with understanding and encouragement.
By hosting community awareness events, we aim to reduce stigma, raise awareness, and build a network of shared strength. At the heart of our mission is the belief that no family should face addiction alone.
Together, we foster hope, resilience, and healing
